Warehouse pickup
Every order can be picked up at our Oklahoma City warehouse at 120 N Rockwell Ave, Ste A109, Oklahoma City, OK 73127. Once your inquiry is confirmed and inventory is allocated, our team books a pickup window with you over email or phone.
Retail customers can schedule a pickup directly using the pickup scheduler. You'll receive a confirmation email with the item list, pickup window, and warehouse instructions.
Local delivery
For wholesale buyers in the OKC metro, Tulsa, Moore, Norman, and surrounding markets we can arrange palletized delivery for an additional fee. Quotes depend on order size, lift-gate requirements, and destination. Reach out via the contact formand we'll respond with a delivered price within one business day.
Freight & LTL shipping
We ship LTL freight nationwide for full-pallet wholesale orders. Quoted freight covers pickup from our dock to your dock; lift-gate, residential delivery, and inside delivery are available as add-ons. Transit times vary by destination but are typically 2–5 business days from our OKC origin once the freight is tendered.
Order timing
- Inquiries received before 2:00 PM CT are answered the same business day.
- Confirmed wholesale orders are typically picked and packed within 1–2 business days.
- Retail pickup appointments require at least 24 hours' notice.
- Holidays and weekend appointments are available on request.
Damaged or missing items
Inspect deliveries on arrival. If any item is damaged in transit or missing from the manifest, note it on the bill of lading and email us at info@midwestdistribution.io within 48 hours — see our returns policy for full details.
